Summary
So: this isn’t just Klavier sleeping. This is one of the few moments Klavier can be Klavier. And he trusts Apollo enough to share it.
In that moment, everything converges. It’s one of those seconds where everything is just so and you know it deep in your bones. You know it deep in your bones and you know, in some absurd cosmic way, that things have been leading up to this maybe forever.

Summary
So this is all to say that, yeah, Klavier has all of Apollo Justice’s limited edition merchandise. And scrapbooks from concerts he's attended. You know, normal things to have when you’re a fan of something.
Not so normal to have when you’re acting as the opposing counsel. Is this some sort of conflict of interest? Does he need to disclose his merchandise to the court? Does he need to disclose that, yeah, he really thought about asking Apollo out for coffee while they were in college, but then—
Or: humble defense attorney Klavier Gavin has had a long-standing crush on national music icon/prosecutor Apollo Justice. Nothing will go wrong when they face each other in court. Right?
