The Stardust fusion that hopefully somebody asked for!
Featuring: Lan Wangji the star, Wei Wuxian on an adventure, Jin siblings all trying to kill each other for the throne, Jin Zixuan as an actual peacock (it comes and goes), Xue Yang being cheerfully evil, and Nie Huaisang with an airship called Headshaker.
You don't have to have seen Stardust to follow this, but it's an awesome movie and I highly recommend it. ^_^

He didn't need to specify which clan had sent the letter, the light blue crest covering the top corner of the paper obvious enough."They write saying they want to host me for a study on an unusual genetic mutation."
Alternatively: the one where Wei Ying moves to a mountain to expand his research and gets himself caught up in more than he asked for.
