Summary
After the end of it all, ages after, Galadriel is called to Aman where a prisoner dwells in the shadows. A prisoner whose trial is at last approaching. And he will talk to one alone: Galadriel.
Galadriel must devise three trials to put Sauron through to prove he is worthy of redemption - and failure is not an option. After the first two trials were less than a success, Galadriel has to pull out all the stops for the third and she does not like it, at all. For the third trial will not only test Sauron but her as well. Because for this most crucial one, she will have to live through a time where when Sauron asks her to join him, she tells him yes.
