Summary
When the Toronto Maple Leafs bring in a new technical skating coach, award winning figure skater Wednesday Addams, Enid Sinclair’s carefully controlled routine begins to fracture. Wednesday Addams is cold, exacting, and impossible to ignore. Enid can't help but find the other woman's presence irrationally infuriating. Though when forced together on the ice, rivalry ignites, tension flares, and balance becomes harder to maintain the closer they skate to one another. And as this rivalry flares on, something other than hate starts to seep through the cracks of their carefully constructed alliance of hate.

Summary
The air is chill, not too hot but not cold either. Wearing a beaten-down yellow cardigan is enough to keep Enid cool. And although it’s roughly 2AM, the lack of dark clouds fading into the sky shows that it will likely be a cloudless, warm, beautiful day tomorrow.
It would be a beautiful night tonight too, if Enid wasn’t planning on killing herself.

Her preference only being cemented at the sight of Enid stretching revealing her abhorrently toned abs as a sudden realization shook Wednesday to her core
Whatever Wednesday had previously mistaken as the mere side effects friendship were now coming into view at alarming speed. What interest she’d developed into Enid’s life not a product of unwanted good will, but rather an unnoticed attraction to the other girl. Her rage at people showing interest in Enid not coming from a need to protect her friend but rather from jealousy that anyone else should consider Enid as their partner. Wednesday Addams was attracted to Enid Sinclair. In more ways than one if the unholy pull in her stomach at the sight of Enid’s body was any indication. Another fact Wednesday had been repressing until this very moment

Wednesday's worry intensifies as Enid is frequently stirred from her horrible nightmares while the group is on their school trip. Having to share a bed doesn't make things any easier, but it does bring them closer together.
