Summary
When a small, blue haired girl falls sobbing into his lap, Silco decides he wants a daughter. He's learned how humans work, how they tick, in the time since Vander left him and he thinks he can create the perfect child who will become the perfect weapon.
As children do, however, she acts out. He was prepared for such things and knows exactly how to get her back under control.Silco expressly forbids Jinx from going on a mission, knowing she will go anyway. He makes sure she regrets disobeying him and learns not to do it again.
