Summary
After a life-threatening incident, nineteen-year-old Erik manages to escape from the circus and run to a sleepy coastal town in the north of France, which just happens to be the summer home of the noble De Chagny family, a Swedish violinist, and his daughter. Summary
Phantom of the Opera retold. Erik is milder, Christine is bolder, and the mask doesn't come of so soon. A "what if" story of how things might have ended if everyone reacted a little differently. Starts pre-canon and follows the basic structure of events from there on out. Mostly Kay/ALW style with a little Leroux influence.

Summary
"There was a moment of perfect stillness as he took in the sight of Christine before him, fingers still clawed from tearing back his hood, face contorted in a look of utter betrayal. And then the stillness was broken."
The doors are barred. Armed men are stationed at every exit. This time, they are not so reluctant to shoot.
A look into how things might have ended if Erik wasn't so quick to escape at the end of "Point of No Return".
