She was so unbothered. There wasn’t a single hint that she was uncomfortable. Shayne knew he’d be able to tell if she were. Amanda didn’t tend to keep things to herself, and when she did try, her body language always screamed it for her. Not now. She was even keeled, and she’d talked him right into pulling out his phone and going through with it. He was sure she could talk him into murder if she wanted to. Or at the very least he’d hide the body. Because this was Amanda, and there was very little Shayne wouldn’t do for Amanda.

What would happen when word got to Amanda that some freak was asking about her in the middle of the day on a whim. She’d tell Angela to fuck all the way off, surely, no matter what.
