I will come up with a proper summary at some point, but for a quick point-blank explanation: Dean, who is struggling with fully coming to terms with his feelings for Cas, is shocked when Cas makes a move on him when he delves into his feelings for Amara. What Dean doesn't know at the time is that Cas is not Cas, but is in fact Lucifer. Lucifer, being a little shit who wants to hurt Dean and Cas, takes advantage of Dean through Cas. Dean is obviously very shocked to find out that Cas was not Cas, and drama ensues when Dean has to act normal around Cas despite what happened.
