Summary

When Harry spotted Draco Malfoy in Moaning Myrtle's toilets, he didn't use Sectumsempra. In fact, he did not have the time to even try, because Malfoy, in his grandeur, used the Cruciatus Curse.

Summary
Upon being entered into the Tri-Wizard Tournament, Professor Dumbledore has vast concerns for Harry’s safety in following of the Dark Mark that bared at the International Quidditch Tournament. Although allowing Harry to continue to complete within the Tournament, he decides some safe-guards are to be put in place.
Occlumency is a difficult thing to learn, let alone with one of your most hated Professors. Neither trusts the other, making this task exceptionally difficult, especially when intruding on memories Harry hoped no one would come across.
