Short story summary: the group is out for the summer before their senior year, and Jade West finds herself alone in her room, bored. As much as she doesn't want to, she decides to text a certain girl to keep her company. Little does she know her summer is about to change drastically.
Tori Vega finds herself caught in a summer fling with the girl who's taunted her all of high school... or their relationship be much more?
Each chapter will have a song title to set the mood, but the plot will continue.

Summary
The Athena's computer systems failed a year and a half into the mission. Three years later, Jade and Tori are still drifting in high orbit, presumed dead, with no way home and no rescue coming.
They've kept their distance with careful routines and separate lives. Two people sharing a metal coffin without killing each other.
But the ship is dying. And so is their ability to pretend they don't need each other.
Somehow, they have to figure out how to survive—and maybe even live.
