Summary
Shizuo Heiwajima, the strongest man in Ikebukuro, is forced to seek help from his archenemy, the unpredictable informant Orihara Izaya. In exchange for a favor, Izaya sets a shocking and humiliating condition: not money, but ten kisses. For Shizuo, this becomes a form of torture, an act of hatred and disgust. However, beneath Izaya's mockery and provocation lies a desperate, ten-year-old love, where these forced kisses are the only possible means of intimacy. What starts as a deal built on blackmail and rage gradually turns into a complex game where the line between hatred and passion blurs, forcing both parties to reconsider everything they thought about each other.

Summary
"There are a thousand things Izaya wants to say. He wants to tell Shizuo to fuck off, to order him to regain his senses. This isn’t part of the game; this isn’t them. This, whatever it is, is dangerous; it’s too risky to even think about it. This is complete nonsense. What Shizuo is trying to say is exactly what Izaya has been running from for years. The pain he is feeling is the reason why they shouldn’t ever speak of this ever again. Shizuo is ruining them; with one sentence he is destroying years and years of pretense and lies. Or maybe he isn’t the one destroying them; maybe those years are what is destroying him right now, and Shizuo is just trying to save the remains of what is still left of them. "
Trapped in a dark alley after a chase, Izaya is forced to face the feelings he has been avoiding all those years.
