Summary
Soap had always kept his hair short for tactical reasons. Whenever he would notice the hair around his mohawk growing out he would promptly give himself a trim with the pair of scissors he kept in the drawer of his quarter's bathroom. But recently keeping up with his hair had proven to be difficult.
Ghost really really really likes Soap's long hair.

So, understandably, Silver doesn't exactly expect them to repeat it, but of course nothing ever goes as Silver expects, and now it simply keeps happening, as if they have a silent agreement that as long as they're not talking about it, there's no reason to stop.
