Of course Ellie investigates ... and slowly gets drawn into a hot mess of espionage, high society, international terrorism, and intrigue, meets a Goth who's both a scientist and a dressmaker, a grumpy Marine vet and more, all centered around Tim's boss, one Anthony Paddington DiNozzo, CEO of global conglomerate Paddington Enterprises and no. 3 on the list of Washington, DC's most eligible bachelors. A man who clearly is Trouble spelled with a capital T. But it's Ellie's job to sort through this mess, so with DiNozzo's help, she gamely soldiers on. Not that it's exactly a hardship, mind.
