Summary
The variety show they filmed today involved of two co-idols under the same company, Jay and Jungwon. They were there for Kai's variety show. Beomgyu and Taehyun were chosen as Kai's commander this time. He and Taehyun were close with Jay, but only Taehyun is close friends with Jungwon. They need information about Jay to guide Kai into being his friend. But instead, Taehyun tended to Jungwon for help through a phone call.
Taehyun called Jungwon endearingly, his "number one" (friend).
Beomgyu can't help but get jealous.

Summary

Summary
Jun raises his eyebrows. “You’re drunk?”
Hiyori giggles. “Maybe.”
Jun sighs again, all long and drawn-out, and he looks up at the ceiling. “Ohiisan.”
“You promised you wouldn’t be mad,” Hiyori says, frowning. He reaches out to grab Jun’s face, meaning to pull him back into eye contact, but he fully overshoots, sort of whiffing right past Jun’s ear and losing his balance in the process. He falls forward right into Jun, landing solidly against his chest with a little oof.
Jun’s arms wrap around Hiyori as if on instinct, holding him steady. Hiyori expects Jun to let go immediately, or to push him back upright, but Jun keeps holding him. Hiyori’s eyes widen a little bit. Maybe he can use this to his advantage.

Though then when the mattress dipped, Yeonjun moved away from Soobin's side. Confused Soobin tried to scoot closer, but Yeonjun only shifted further away. It's like Yeonjun was actively avoiding him. That was Soobin's last straw.
"Yeonjun, we need to talk," said Soobin, finally. "I'm really sorry but it's been bothering me all day that you're acting like this, pushing and pulling me away like some rope. It's fine if you want to ask for some space, or if you want me to pay attention to you, but you have to be clear on what you want, because I'm finding it hard to understand you, dearest. Is everything alright, love?" His tone was as soft as possible, but when Yeonjun turned and his eyes were glossy, his heart dropped. He could smell something rotting too. "What's wrong, Junnie?"
Thing was Yeonjun only started crying.

“I’m sorry,” Soobin said as he placed a sytrofoam cup of black coffee between Yeonjun's feet and tried not to react to the way cigarette smoke stung his throat. “I shouldn’t have come to your house without asking. We’re coworkers and I completely stepped over—”
“No, you didn't. You didn’t do anything wrong... Listen, I–'' There was a heavy weight to Yeonjun’s voice suddenly, but Soobin didn't waver. “I didn’t want you to see any of that. I didn’t even want you to know where I live. Because I don’t– I just don’t want you to think of any of that stuff when you think of me. I don’t want you involved in any of that stuff.”
“Because we’re just coworkers,” Soobin attempted to clarify.
“No, not because of that.”
Yeonjun and Soobin meet the fall after they graduate from the same high school when Soobin picks up a part-time job at the worst coffee shop in town. Soobin is shy, sensitive, and quiet. Yeonjun is brash, loud, and guarded. Soobin's not Yeonjun's type. Soobin hates the Yeonjun from high school. So, why is Soobin the first person who catches Yeonjun when his life falls apart?
