I've been workshopping this for a while, because I wanted it to be Rapunzel flavored but not exactly like Tangled.
Set in the same universe as Remake continuity, Aerith has never been outside. Has never touched a flower, and has never made a true friend. Her entire life, she's been told that villainous people are out for her special blood, yet all she wants is to visit the floating lights she has seen on television more times than she can count.
When a handsome blond SOLDIER falls through her ceiling, she knows she's hit the jackpot. She is going to go to that lantern festival.
