   Summary

   Vi has always been reckless with her own life—until it’s no longer hers to gamble. Until the sickness steals her breath, until Caitlyn holds her with shaking hands, begging her to stay.

   So they run. To the wilds, to the ocean, to the places where time slows down and nothing can hurt them. Vi swears she’ll fight. Caitlyn swears she’ll save Vi. But some battles were lost before they even began.
