It all started one afternoon when Steve sat you down and spoke the ten words you never thought you would hear out of Captain America's mouth.

you blinked owlishly but asked him to elaborate. your eyebrows slowly raised into your hairline as he explained.
“Bucky jokingly showed me this old timey advert where a housewife was laid over her husband's knee. I want that,”
you studied his face for any signs that he was messing with you, it wouldn't have been the first time he was pulling tricks.
“And you want me to do what? Get spanked?”
Steve, for the first time in this conversation, looked uncomfortable. He shifted in his seat and looked everywhere but you. He swiped his palms over his jeans and his left leg was bouncing up and down.
