Summary
After two years of grieving her husband's death, JJ dives headfirst back into the dating pool and comes back out with an attractive woman named Anna, which causes an unexpected rift in her friendship with Emily. While trying to mend that relationship, explore her sexuality, and relearn who she is without Will, JJ uncovers a few secrets that change everything.

“Are you homophobic?” Morgan narrows his eyes.
“I — what?” JJ splutters, flustered. “I literally came out to you guys a few months ago.”
“Hm.” Emily tilts her head to the side as she examines her. “She answered a question with a question. She’s deflecting.”
Morgan nods sagely. “We can’t have homophobes here.”
There’s a deeply ominous pause, and then, from out of nowhere, Emily whips out a bag of rainbow confetti, and Morgan somehow has Born This Way blasting from a speaker that JJ is sure was not there before, and both of them are chanting the lyrics to the song at the top of their lungs as they throw rainbow colored confetti in the air and prance around the room.
It’s disconcerting, to say the least.
