    She remembers everything: the small robot returning to its place, her royal and faithful companion coming back to life, and an old woman who seemed to have lost everything in a heartbeat... and the sensation of a dull blow right to the head that completely overwhelmed her, followed by utter darkness enveloping her eyes.
    Several weeks later, she's still on the train. All alone, her number exactly as she left it, and at the mercy of extremely violent people seemingly out of their mind. Luckily for her, she's not the only one trying to escape, much less fix things.

    Basically, What if Tulip had never gotten off the train? With some elements from the 28 Days Later saga.
