Summary

Now she is a member of the infamous Akatsuki. She is forced to work with the man she taught herself to despise after losing contact with him for seven years, but she still cares about him. Is it possible that she… Loves him??

This fic is based on one of my many perceptions of Deidara's childhood and years leading to him joining the Akatsuki. Obviously, the reader wouldn't be included in that canonically, but it still gives me the opportunity to explore his childhood relationships (platonic and romantic) and his family tree. There isn't a ton of canon information about his life in Iwagakure. However, there is enough for me to use as a backbone for this story. With that being said, I hope you enjoy.
