Whenever Adrien imagined sharing a hotel room with Ladybug...it wasn't like this. It was supposed to be on a desert island somewhere, they were supposed to be happy, and he always figured he'd actually know Ladybug's real name by then.

The plan had been to place it directly into his bag (as far from the camembert as he could manage), but the fabric was so soft—how could he let it go? A goofy smile crossed his face when he saw Marinette's name stitched into the patch underneath the hood. Before processing what he was doing, he'd raised the hoodie to eye-level, caressing the fabric with his cheek and inhaling slowly.
The effect was immediate. All his worries dissolved, swallowed by a lovely pink fog. He felt safe. He felt loved. If he could somehow bottle up everything he felt in that moment, he might just have enough joy to prevent the entirety of Paris from ever being akumatized again.
Five times Adrien stole Marinette's hoodie and one time he gave it back.
