"Go back to sleep," Alvis said. "I'll be back in the evening."
Lukha grumbled something incomprehensible in response, hiding his nose deeper into the blanket. Lethargy clung to him heavily, wrapping his mind with a pleasant hum and making everything feel distant and lesser, with an almost otherworldly quality. It was a sort of liminal feeling that he had read Temple priests revere in their prayers to Azura; a symbol of her domain.

Summary
Alvis awkwardly patted Mikkail on his back. The Argonian was currently dry heaving the rest of his mead into the snowberry bushes outside of Nightgate. The cold air and tiny snowflakes nipped pleasantly at the back of the mer's neck, keeping him, for once, blissfully grounded and fully present in the moment.

"Ah, there you are!" Ravi rasped out and Mikkail swiftly straightened his back, acting as if he wasn't just puking his guts out mere moments ago. Ravi spread his arms in a placating manner, one of his hands holding an empty mug.
"Now, please don't panic, but someone poisoned Lukha."
"What?!" Mikkail exclaimed, already panicking.
