Porsche is a smart girl. Her Mama and Papa say so, so do all of her uncles. She has an uncanny talent at mastering things shown to her, replicating it almost perfectly, even though Corvette was the one born with super senses like Mama. She can copy Charlie’s signature with ease, signing herself off on her homework. She follows through Babe’s car racing sim, scoring high every time.
Surely, baking a cake can’t be much harder?

Hao Mei felt a grin forming on his face. Despite what he had thought before, KO did want to live with him, enough even to get the foot in the door before anyone else by just showing up on Hao Meis doorstep uninvited.
And bribing him with the most delicious food - so Hao Mei had solid reasons to choose KO above the others.“Yes!” he finally answered, grin turning dopey when he saw KO’s eyes crinkle with amusement and his lips turning up in an almost-smile.
KO kept his gaze focused on Hao Mei for a few more seconds before turning away to clean the dishes, while Hao Mei felt like he could explode with happiness.---
