"Hey, you—” Itto snaps his fingers, loud, and points, hand level with Takuya’s face. Takuya can’t help but stare. “—big blue guy, you see these horns?” He claps a hand around a red horn atop his head and then reaches out to do the same to Takuya’s, but he quickly dodges Itto’s sweeping hand by ducking.
Itto flounders and stumbles before regaining his balance with a glare.
“‘Kay. Fine, no touchy.” He resorts to pointing once more, which is a lot less impactful in his humble opinion, “But you see those horns, too? The ol’ blue ones? Well, that means we got the same oni blood! So we totally get each other, you know what I mean? And that’s brotherhood ’n’ stuff — gettin’ what the other’s puttin’ down, saving each other — like I saved your sorry butt back in that little base before the cops got us — you know. So we’re totally tight like that now. Homies are like family, but this time the homies is the family! No take-backsies.”

Summary
"Thoma!" Ayato stands from his desk and storms towards the housekeeper to pluck the food from his hands. Thoma stumbles at the sudden approach. "I have a favor to ask of you."
"Pardon?"
Ayato hands the tray off to Itto (who squints down at it and hopes that Ayato, his good friend, his best buddy, is not attempting to poison him with the miso on it. Itto drops it onto the floor and pushes it away with his boot) so he can seriously put his hands on Thoma's shoulders and impart his instructions.
He waits until Thoma is done forlornly looking at his abandoned dish on the ground. "Thoma. I need you to join Itto and catch beetles for me to train so I can best The Arataki Bugs in combat."
Thoma and Itto's company (that being Lord Kamisato) mandated get-along excursion.

“I’ll make this quick.” Atsumu clears his throat, ahem, and starts speaking rapid-fire, “Alrightsothere’sthi—”
“That’s too quick, ‘Tsumu, I’m gonna get a headache listenin’ to much more of that.”
“There’s a guy, and he’s kinda like you, that’s why I’m askin’ you, ‘cause I can’t be askin’ him for advice about him, that’d be crazy, yanno? ‘Kay, so, he’s a little like you and I-” Atsumu slows to a crawl, “He… I… Well, puttin’ it brief, I want a hot date but with him so, basically, I need some help on how to get that goin’ or somethin’ like that.”
Ah, so it’s some kind of romantic problem. Kita gives himself a few moments to take it all in. He’s not very well versed in this field, but if Atsumu trusts his judgement he’ll do his best to offer help.
In which Atsumu makes a startling realization: his ex-captain and Sakusa have a lot in common. Obviously, this means it’s time to ask for dating advice.

Some days, it feels like their fly-by year in the Devildom was just some fantasy they'd made up—they certainly couldn’t go telling others about it, so it sat silently ruminating in their head with no evidence it had really happened.
No evidence aside from the D.D.D. Diavolo insisted they keep for staying in touch and a heavily marked-up calendar, color-coordinated with one day a week per each brother to remind them when it was time for a phone call.
Pretty early on, after (according to Lucifer) Mammon and the rest found themselves constantly distracted and checking their D.D.D.s for new texts or fighting each other for who had dibs on calling, a schedule was put in place. Lucifer on Sundays, Mammon on Mondays, Levi on Tuesdays, and so forth.
MC is not the biggest fan of Saturdays.
(Belphie's not the biggest fan either)
Or: A shaky first step on the long, long road to conciliation.

Today, they had been on the call for about five hours, which was unusually long even for them. It was 2:00 AM, meaning the maximum capacity Eddie had for being awake before he started fading in and out of consciousness.
Case in point, in the middle of a story about how Richie had scammed Bill out of ten dollars, Eddie let out a yawn, to which Richie immediately cut himself off. He stared at Eddie with a strange look in his eyes. Before Eddie could ask him what was wrong, a dopey smile plastered itself onto Richie's face.
"Aw," he started, fluttering his eyelashes at the camera. "Eds, you're falling asleep? That's so cute. You're gonna kill someone, dude, you're fucking adorable. It's me, actually, I'm dying, right now. Pay for my funeral and--"
