They had no clear destination in mind and just followed the road southeast towards Windrise. The sun was just beginning to set, shining a warm red and pink glow on the landscape before them. The two made quiet small talk along the way to the statue, just little things that happened through their days. They went on these kinds of walks every so often, a relaxing time to catch up together when the days got busy for the both of them. Sure, the two could always spend their nights at Angel's Share together, but there was something about these walks that appealed to them both. Quiet, calm, and a little more intimate than a room full of blabbering drunks.
