Logically, Medkit knew it would happen one day. Maybe a mistake or a panicked decision to replace someone who couldn’t make it that day. Or they just forgot.
But still, seeing the roster with both his name and Subspace’s- even if they were on opposing teams- made his stomach flip.

It was going to be a conquer round, by the looks of it. Meaning he’d have to stick close to the zone, and possibly risk fighting Subspace directly.
If the Phight treaty didn’t prevent unnecessary amounts of violence, he might’ve just killed him on the spot.
Maybe he still should.
