Summary
At that moment, Wen Kexing looked up, meeting Zhou Zishu’s eyes from across the hall.
A knowing smile crept on Wen Kexing’s face, going in for a bite at that pristine neck as he held his gaze.
Zhou Zishu looked away, swallowing around his suddenly dry throat.
He stood in place, looking straight at nothing at all for a while, before his body betrayed him and his eyes searched for the pair amongst the crowd again.
Sure enough, Wen Kexing kept his eyes on him all this time and another smile graced his lips when their eyes met again. Slowly, he moved his hand downwards, rubbing Xie-er’s lower back. Xie-er started to squirm and moved to say something, but Wen Kexing only gripped his waist with his other hand and, with his eyes still watching Zhou Zishu, he whispered right at Xie-er’s ear and grabbed a handful of the man’s ass.
A wanton flirt, Zhou Zishu reminded himself. Wen Kexing was through and through an asshole and a living prototype of filth.

Summary
“If you don’t mind us crashing on your floor for the night…” Zhou Zishu clamped his mouth shut immediately, thinking that he had spoken too soon before his mind could berate him for how ridiculous that suggestion was. What was he thinking… “Just drop us off at any hotels here in the area. I’m sure they’ll still accept–”
“No. I don’t mind,” Wen Kexing interrupted. “My space, I mean. You know you’re always welcome to visit anytime…”
Zhou Zishu looked away.

Summary
Wen Kexing’s noble shoulders stand out against the intricate carvings of his throne. His eyes that are deep in focus are lowered, pouring his thoughts out and directing the waves of ink on paper. Looking as if he’s arduously working through the forwarded concerns of his ministers earlier in the day, this demeanor alone can appease the kingdom’s nonexistent worries for their welfare and growth.
Only Zhou Zishu knows what Wen Kexing is really up to.

Summary
A call of the wind, and in one blink, Zhou Zishu blooms a human body—legs and arms sprouting, thick ebony hair cascading past the line of his spine, his delicate petals making way for a face as cold as the ruthless northern mountains. He gathers what foliage he can and drapes it over his form, a robe just enough to cover his glowing skin.
The man is holding out a palm to drink the water in the river when Zhou Zishu bats his hand away with a rope of wind, causing him to fall on his back in the mud with a startled gasp.
“What…” The man splutters, reaching immediately for his sword. “How did you…”
"You can not drink this water," Zhou Zishu says. "Or else you will die..."
Or — on a sunny day a flower spirit saves a human, or so he believes.

Summary
“It’s none of your fucking business, kid.”
“That again? I’m not a kid, Da-ge…” Wen Kexing puts his hand back over his knees, putting a little pressure this time. “Jiuxiao rattles on about you every hour of the day and happened to mention your age. I know I’m not a kid compared to you.”
Resigned, Zhou Zishu doesn’t bother brushing his hands off anymore. “Then I’m sure he mentioned my family, too. My wife and my son, precisely.”
Zhou Zishu doesn’t expect the amused laugh that comes from Wen Kexing. “Wife, huh?” Wen Kexing repeats, moving his hand teasingly over his knees. “I know about the adopted son. But I would’ve believed you more if you said you had him from a one-night stand, though.”
Or - ZZS meets an insane college student who keeps on testing his temper.
