Summary
— (it started when they were just kids)
“hey, let’s make a promise under the stars, before we leave..” he proposed, desperate to make the moment last longer. he didn’t want the warmth to leave just yet.
eagerly, rosa nodded, holding her pinky out in the cold night air. the moment froze for a second, the smile on rosa’s face, the trees and stars framing her petite form. the moon shone on her eyes, the brightness nearly blinding, but he couldn’t bring himself to look away.
“what do you want to promise, luke?” her voice was soft, though filled with excitement.
-- or : cute lukerosa making pinkie promises as kids became this hell.
