Summary
It is the 25th birthday of Rosa the Sea Otter and Doug is doing his annual fundraiser stream with Twitch Chat and Parkzer. Doug tries to complete the stream but several "inconveniences" get in his way. Inconveniences that not threaten to end his career but his life and even the entire world. Can Doug and his friends overcome all external and internal struggles that come their way and steer things back on course? Or will this tangent lead to a dead end?
