He prepares for the worst outcome, ready for a fight if they don't pay, but he hopes for the best case scenario. All he wants is for his family to come out on top. There was just one small, tiny, itty bitty, miniscule detail in his plan that Hoseok had overlooked which threatens to derail the entire operation.
