Until one day she receives a letter with the familiar stamp of Willow Hill Psychiatric Hospital, where Tyler has been institutionalized for nearly the last twenty years under Dr. Fairburn's intense and unorthodox therapy. "After years of treatment, observation, and controlled rehabilitation, the decision has been made—both by our internal review board and the state authorities—that Mr. Galpin no longer presents a danger to himself or to others." Now, he has been set to be released on his own recognizance, as fully rehabilitated.
To say the least, Wednesday has her doubts.
