Harua knew that voice. He looked up, recognizing Maki’s signature ash blonde hair. Maki turned slightly, taking a step backwards and putting his large arm around Harua’s small shoulders.
“I’ve been looking everywhere for you. Are you ready to go, darling?”
Realization hit Harua like a train. Maki was doing a bit to get him out of this. He didn’t question why Maki would do this for him. He wasn’t about to look this gift horse in the mouth. He leaned into whatever was happening now, matching Maki’s energy. He wrapped his arm around Maki’s waist and leaned into him. “Sorry, darling, I got caught up for a bit. I’m ready, though. Let’s get out of here.”

Nicholas thinks it's fate.
Euijoo thinks fate sounds suspiciously like a recommendation and he has never been good at taking those. Not from his friends, not from strangers, and certainly not from the universe. If he falls in love, it will be his own decision.
Unfortunately for Euijoo, Nicholas is just as stubborn as he is.

Summary
It would be a lot easier to win this if Euijoo wasn't being constantly ragebaited by the rival band leader, Nicholas - or having to worry about his band members being stolen by Neko Norms' bandmates. Fighting with them for a sign up sheet was much simpler than having to partner with them to get a record deal, but life had a funny way of stabbing Euijoo in the heart.
tldr - rivals ncej with side kuma, maknaez, and joyum, battle of the bands (with a twist), and a LOT of feelings.

Convinced he's going to fail, Nicholas still doesn't know when to quit. Perhaps running a café--a serious, not cute café--will finally be what helps him learn to communicate.
