Being a Lead Researcher in AIGAD meant less time researching your own areas of study but more time compiling, fact-checking, and editing. The people tiered under you all funneled information to be disseminated based on skills and research areas, and when their work on an assignment came to you, you simply edited and compiled reports based on relevance to the case and agents. The info was theirs to do with as they pleased after you finished with it. You could only lead a horse to water, after all.
