Summary
He hates her. He doesn’t. He wants to scream at Cahciua and ask why she ever bothered having him if she was just going to leave him like this. He wants to have more summers with her, to bring home treasures and journals with his name on them and have his mother exclaim at how fussy he was with his data, his carefully drawn graphs, to proudly display souvenirs in the front room and tell her friends that her darling boy brought those home, isn’t he amazing?
Their people live for three hundred years. Erenville is only twenty five.
