    “P-please, don’t break up with me,” Eren said as he gripped Armin’s hand in a tight grip.
    “Wha-?” Armin started to say.
    “I love you,” the brunet blurted.

    Armin’s eyes blew wide open.

    Eren’s feelings were not news to anybody. Anyone could see it in the way they spent all the time attached at the hip. Teaming up in every class they shared and finding each other shortly after those that they didn’t. Whenever Eren had Quidditch practice, Armin could be found by the benches with a book or parchments on his lap. Late at night in the library, it was not uncommon to see Eren pretending to study or napping on the blond’s same study table. During Hogsmeade visits, they could easily be found together, sometimes with Mikasa, Connie, Sasha, and Jean, and sometimes by themselves. They were a package deal, a gradually developed relationship but strong and obvious for anyone to see.

    Yet the punch never comes, and Armin blinks slightly taken aback.
