Summary
A strangled sob ripped out of him, so loud it startled him, tore at his throat. He clapped his free hand over his mouth to try and stifle it, but his chest heaved too hard, air hitching in broken fragments that refused to shape into words.
“I—I can’t—Ochaco, I—” His voice cracked down the middle, words tumbling out jagged between sobs. “Why him? Why—what did I do wrong? Why can’t it ever be me?”
“Oh, Izuku…” Her voice gentled further, soft and frayed with worry. “Breathe, okay? Just breathe for me.”
But he couldn’t. His breaths came fast and sharp, shallow gasps that made his vision swim. His thoughts spun faster than he could control, his mouth chasing them desperately.
“He’s—he’s so happy, Ochaco. And she’s perfect. She’s everything I’m not. I—God, I tried so hard. I loved him so much. And it—it’s like it doesn’t matter. It never mattered.”

“Kacchan!” he chirped, grin spreading so wide it practically split his face. “You’re awake!”
Katsuki squinted at him. “Unfortunately.”
“I slept sooo good,” Izuku declared, wiggling happily against his chest. “Did you? Your bed’s really warm.”
Katsuki snorted. “Warm, my ass. You kicked me in the ribs three times. I barely got a wink.”
Instead of looking even a little guilty, Izuku giggled like Katsuki had just told him a bedtime story. He propped his chin on Katsuki’s chest, all soft curls and sleepy eyes. “But you didn’t leave me! I knew Kacchan wouldn’t.”
The words landed heavier than Katsuki wanted to admit, burrowing somewhere under his ribs where even explosions couldn’t shake them loose. He grunted, trying to shove himself upright—only for Izuku’s grip to tighten instantly. The kid latched on like a damn baby koala, fists clutching, legs tightening around him.
“Nooo, five more minutes!” Izuku whined, nose squishing into Katsuki’s shirt. “Just five!”

Or Izuku gets hit by a de-aging quirk and has four years old again. Chaos ensures.

There is a traitor in U.A. Everyone knows about it, and everyone thinks they know exactly who it is. Unfortunately for Izuku, they think it's him, and U.A. is starting to become an uncomfortably familiar environment, except, maybe with less explosions than Aldera.
Hisashi Midoriya is finally settling down, and wants to reconnect with his wife, and son- although, maybe meet his son would be a better word? Regardless, he finally has a chance to be the family man he's always longed to be and he'll be damned if he doesn't get his wife over to America for some quality time, and maybe his son too, if he's lucky. But Hisashi's heard Izuku got into a really good Hero school, so maybe the boy will stay in Japan.
Hisashi hopes his son will at least come visit, but either way, Inko is coming in 15 days, with or without their son.
Izuku has 15 days to convince his classmates that he's not the villainous and violent traitor they all seem to think he is. 15 days to figure this mess out, or he leaves for the USA. They'll believe him, right?
