Phainon goes to cheerfully pick up the milk jug, resuming his pouring as he speaks. “Y’know, you should hire me to help you court Hyacine! I think it would go really well!”
Castorice chokes on her tea, setting the tea cup against the saucer plate rather harshly as she goes to raise her fist to her mouth, shoulders shaking with each cough as she attempts to reign in her soul and not let it depart down the River of Souls. “P-PARDON?!” She manages to wheeze out.
The worldbearer remains unfazed. “You should hire me to help you court Hyacine. I think it would go really well,” He repeats, stressing his words just a tiny bit more, and Castorice looks incredulously at the man as though he had spoken in an ancient tongue long lost to Amphoreus.
Or
With the “expert” help of Phainon, Castorice attempts to win over Hyacine’s heart. Despite everything seemingly going wrong, things have a way of miraculously working out.
