   Summary

   Felicity can't believe what she just saw. Oliver and Susan! It couldn't be. In a fit, she runs off and Ray Palmer finds her to calm her down. He ends up telling her a story about how she would always end up with Oliver no matter the circumstances. During his story, Felicity finds that maybe she had jumped to the wrong conclusions.
