Perfectly captures the atmosphere of the cannon.

A beautiful, literary story. The author weaves in the Aristophanes speech from The Symposium to great effect. The story is surrealistic in places, as the book itself is, but it's always easy to follow. I love the alternating POVs and the developing relationship between this older Kafka and Oshima. And the ending hit me right in the heart, but in the very best way.
