   Summary

   Oswald Cobblepot, Mayor of Gotham, had finally got the courage to confess his love to his dear chief of staff, Edward Nygma. The chief of staff though, never shows to the dinner because he fell in love while picking out a wine. Isabella Mercedes was the one who captured his heart and now the Penguin will have to deal with his love loving someone else.
