Chapter Text
It was around 10pm when Eijun's phone rang. He was finishing washing the dishes in the kitchen sink. He washed his hand and dried it with a white towel then grabbed his phone from the counter. He stared at his phone and saw it was from his friend.
"Why is he calling me now? I thought he said he would be busy tonight partying at the club."
"Haruichi." He spoke.
"Haha … Eij … Eijunnn-kunn!
"Is he drunk?"
Eijun knew that his friend liked to party a lot ever since he changed his appearance and the way he acted. He started to go out more often and even drank a lot something Eijun was not fond of but even if he told his friend he wouldn't listen since it's his life.
"Cannn … Youuu … Commm...."
Eijun already knew where this was headed.
"I got it." He sighed and hang the phone up.
Eijun went to his room and quickly grabbed his hoodie and wore it over him. It was a bit chilly so he thought it would be best and he didn't want to catch a cold.
It was pretty dark out once Eijun made his way out the door. He knew it was night already but didn't think it was that dark. The lights were there to guide him and he had his phone as well if anything happened with the street lights.
As Eijun was making his way to the club that Haruichi was he noticed a lot of other clubs, bars and so on open with a lot of people going in and out. It was a Friday night so no wonder it was so busy. Weekends are usually busy. Eijun hated the fact these people had no life besides going to clubs and having fun. Eijun was not kneel on going out partying like most people his age too, plus he's underage and for one thing his friend Haruichi shouldn't even be going to clubs.
He stood there standing in front of the club that Haruichi had mention to him before he went to the club earlier tonight but there was one problem how did his friend manage to get in since they would find out right away he's underage with his ID.
Eijun might not be fond of parties of all sort but he was smart enough to think of a way inside without the doorman to realize anything even though the door man looked big and scary like part of a gang or something okay Eijun's imagination was going out of hand. He quickly went to the corner and opened his wallet and was lucky he had an blank card. He quickly went to work and made an new improved ID and it shown that he was twenty one now.
He went back and the door man let him in once he saw his ID. He was happy it worked but guilty that he lied but he did wonder how Haruichi or even the rest of their friends got inside since he's sure they couldn't do the things he could.
When Eijun entered the club loud music could be heard and it was so loud that he could hardly hear anything else in the club. He scanned the room to look for his friend but he couldn't find him since it was just too darn big inside and there were so many people.
Eijun stopped scanning for a second when he felt like eyes were on him. Eyes most like a wild animal's eyes. He turned the direction where he felt the eyes and then he locked his golden eyes with those of the animal's eyes. A man sat across in a couch with a group of other dangerous looking men. The man didn't break away from his gaze. His eyes glowed in the dark like an animal that was looking right at his prey.
"Anyway I have to find Haruichi." Eijun hurried off and broke away from the man's gaze and walked through the huge club.
"Remind me next time not to step a feet inside a club ever again."
Eijun then saw the same pink hair and pink eyes and thought he finally found his friend. He grabbed his shoulder but when his friend turned away it wasn't his friend but he sure did look at him.
"Sorry. I thought you were my friend." Eijun apologized for making a mistake but there was no denying this man looked just like his friend which was strange.
"Are you Sawamura?" He asked, it confused Eijun how he knew his name.
"Haruichi is kind of drunk and mention something about a friend coming for him."
"Um … who are you?" Eijun asked. It was bugging him since the man seemed to know Haruichi and spoke as though they were really close and the resemble they had was uncanny.
"I'm Kominato Ryosuke."
"Kominato?" The man had the same last name as Haruichi.
"I'm Haruichi's older brother." He smiled.
"That sure explains a lot now."
"By the how did you manage to get in here since I know your underage and unlike Haruichi who was able to get in since he's my brother."
"So that's how it was?"
"That's a long story but first where is Haruichi?"
"I saw him heading to the wash rooms." Ryosuke pointed to the direction was the washrooms.
"Thanks." Eijun bowed then hurried to the washrooms.
"What a polite kid?" Ryosuke took a drink that was in his hand that's when he notice somebody approach him.
"Is that your little brother's friend?"
"Chris. Yea he is."
"I don't think he belongs here with the way he acts."
"I agree but he came here for my brother. It's funny because there is nobody that goes to such lengths to help another in need." Ryosuke chuckled.
Eijun made his way to the washroom and just like Ryosuke said Haruichi was indeed in the washroom. He was lying on the floor but he wasn't alone another guy he didn't know was there was well.
"Haruichi." Eijun didn't care about who the other guy was but rushed to his friend's side. It looked like Haruichi was sick.
"Are you Sawamura Eijun?" The guy who was beside Haruichi asked.
"Yes." Eijun replied.
"He just had a little too much to drink."
Eijun bent down and touched his hand to Haruichi's forehead to his chest to see if everything was okay.
"Are you a doctor or something?" The other asked.
"Not really. I just learned about these from reading books but it looks like he's fine." Eijun smiled.
"Um … who are you?"
"I'm Furuya Satoru and I didn't want to be here but here I am." He sighed.
"I'm glad you were here since I wouldn't like it if he was alone when he drank a little too much."
"How come you didn't come with him?" Furuya asked.
"I'm not a party person and I can see your not either."
"Yea." Furuya nodded.
"I'm going to take him home now." Eijun held Haruichi's arm over his shoulder.
"Ei---jun?" Haruichi opened his eyes wide when he realized that Eijun was there. "Why are you here?"
"Because you called me and I wanted to come here." Eijun smiled.
"You two should hurry home even I want to go but the boss will go crazy if I do." Furuya seemed like he was in a pickle.
"Boss?"
Just as Eijun was out the front entrance with Haruichi a hand pulled Haruichi off from EIjun.
"Your Haruichi's niisan."
"Yea. It's me!" He sounded actually happy. "It's almost midnight and it's dangerous for you or even my brother to go home now. Why not spend the nigh near our home that's near by here?"
"You can take Haruichi but I can't stay because I have James at home."
"James?" Ryosuke asked.
"Yea. If James finds out I'm not home tomorrow morning he will worry."
"Alright then I'll call a taxi for you." Eijun didn't need a taxi since his home wasn't really that far compared to where Haruichi lived but he didn't want to deny Ryosuke's kind gesture toward him.
"I'll take him home." The next second a man appeared. It was the same man that had been staring at him from afar with those animal eyes of his.
"Miyuki, are you sure? Won't everybody be in a panic that the boss is gone."
"So he's name is Miyuki and what boss is he?"
Now that Eijun had a better look at the man he was pretty handsome, glasses and all, his hair was a bit wavy but it suited him fine.
"You don't mind, do you?" The man smiled at Eijun.
"It's fine." Eijun spoke shyly.
Eijun turned to Ryosuke and bow to him. "Please take care of Haruichi for me."
"Will do that Sawamura?"
"Let's go!" Miyuki said leaving ahead of Eijun. Eijun said his goodbye still a bit worried about Haruichi but shook his head since his brother would be with him then went after Miyuki.
They arrived out front and there was a black car waiting for them. Miyuki went to the driver's seat and Eijun stood there not sure what to do.
"Get in." Miyuki said.
Eijun slowly went to the passengers seat.
Eijun was nervous being in the car. That wasn't just the nervous but the fact he didn't know this man.
"There a lot of things that I like to ask." Miyuki said starting the engine of the car. "But most of all I like to know why a seventeen year old teenager came to my club."
"I have a perfectly good excuse for that." Eijun was a bit sweating. "I came for my friend and he was able to get in somehow too."
"Oh so your Ryo-san's brother's friend are you?"
"Yea."
"I know you want life your friend but I advise you next time not go coming running into a club you never know what kind of people lie behind those masks of theirs."
"Huh? What do you mean by that?"
"I guess a smart kid like you can't even figure it out."
The car stopped and Eijun they were in front of his apartment building.
"Thanks for the ride." Eijun got out of the car but right before he did Miyuki said something.
"Stay out of trouble." The car then drove away.
Eijun stood there on his spot looking as the car drove away then a thought accord to him.
"How did he know I lived here?" He tilted his head to the side in confusion.
Eijun entered his home and he heard some small footsteps heading his way. James appeared and purred and cuddle toward him.
"Sorry did I make you wait up." He said and picked the small cat up in his arms. James was a grey cat with black stripes and a bit chubby but he was cute very cute to Eijun.
"Let's head to bed shall we." He smiled and headed into his room with his little friend in his arms.
As he lay on his bed he kept thinking about everything that happened today including the ending conclusion with Miyuki and telling him those things as well that part of him knowing where he lived was still bugging him since he didn't remember telling him. He didn't care anymore since it's not like he was going to see him ever again.
"Good night James." He said and wrapped the blanket over him and closed his eyes and sleep took over him.
