Anticlimactic ending (May be because I’ve just come back from trying to free Fidel from fiscalía to no avail and I’m tired and sad). Honestly, I loved it. Loved the mystery and execution. Loved the development. LOVED THE WRITING. THE WORDS!! THE MERAPHORS, SIMILES, JUST THE SENTENCES. It tickled my brain in just the right ways 🥰. I saved so many things from it in my note regardless of how short it was. Apart from how rushed the ending felt (and wym Draco never got to double cast, felt so incomplete), I think it’s worth a future reread, despite how inappropriate it is. Super witty and fun. Loved the attention to detail and magic usage/references like morsmordre. Missed opportunity to give Harry the elder wand as a second and the unimportance they gave to their beloved wands by just snapping them irked me. Good quick read tbh. Would’ve liked to know the kids’ reaction to their presents. Idk my brain is not braining, I’m really worried about Fdl.
