Summary
Inspired by Michael Rooker throwing axes while shirtless for no goddamn reason, this is a fic set in a slightly AU setting. You are living at home with your mom the summer after your college graduation. One afternoon while you are trying to nap, you are woken up by your mom yelling about how your neighbor, Merle Dixon, won’t stop shooting off his guns in his yard. You mom then asks you to go over there and tell him to quiet down, prompting you to get dressed and go speak to the man.
