Summary
Mika was always quiet as a kid. He would rather sit down and read a good book instead of playing outside and getting dirty. He enjoyed silence, peacefulness, and tranquillity, and always found that a voice is more powerful if it comes in small doses. It’s like saying “I love you.” People say that sentence so often that it has basically no meaning these days. But if you only say it when you mean it, it’s so much more powerful and illuminating. Mika felt the same way with a voice.
But there was someone different than Mika. Someone who talked and talked, but was always sincere in a way that Mika could never be. Mika couldn't help the way his heart started to change in a different way Mika's never experienced before, but he was too nervous to do anything but watch him. Until Yuuichirou approached him in class, which changed both their life's from that point forward and forever.
