Hyungwon is known to most of the world as Rush, one of the most powerful and well-liked heroes in Seoul. He is arguably the most popular, as one of the men who puts a face on the South Korea Heroes Association. Wonho is probably his biggest fan… and can only dream of being so wildly successfully and powerful… since his own abilities are less than impressive.
