Summary
Typical were the mornings for Levi. The same tea, the same outdoor seat of a quaint cafe, and the same pedestrians, of which he was a spectator of the unfulfilled lives that passed him by. He intuited, or rather he detected in a sense, the risk of oblivious individuals. To put into simpler understanding, it was an abnormality he'd had since he was young--the ability to examine one's threat levels. Humans ranked low on the list, whereas other entities, such as demons and gods, were of the highest tiers. So it was by alarming chance that something greater, something deadly, crossed his path. It was one he could sense from a mile away, one that made the hairs on the back of his neck stand and his skin burn.
