This is it. The ship Deliverance has failed in its mission to destroy the meteor Matilda before it makes contact with Earth, and all 7 billion people in the universe have exactly three weeks to live.
On paper, Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson have absolutely nothing in common. Annabeth is a successful architect who can build anything except a relationship, hence her crumbling marriage and distinct fear of anything resembling adventure. Her downstairs neighbor Percy is an eclectic wanderer, whose life is a rapidly changing slideshow of people and places with no real ambition and no real home.
