This is brilliantly written. The characterization is balanced and realistic, and the prose is engaging and professional, without any of the juvenile "Ao3 writer" fandangles. Despite being a time-travel Harry Potter fanfiction, a genre which has evolved to become very formulaic and well-trodden, it doesn't have what I would consider any obnoxious "tropes" - probably partly because it is one of the ORIGINAL versions of such a thing. I'm very upset it appears to have been discontinued. -
