Summary
A sequel to All Caps Do Europe, a cut scene from Civil War.
After Steve busts Sam out of supermax they go unfreeze Bucky. Sam makes use of his experience as a counselor.* Things get awkward. T'Challa is there to provide cat pics.
*Sam is an unofficial therapist for Bucky, who he slept with in the previous chapter and he indicates he wouldn't mind sleeping with again. I tagged for dubious medical ethics. ETA: I'm aware this storyline has become a racist trope within the fandom. I don't think this story applies because I wrote it with the intention of "Sam is a competent professional and should be allowed to act as such" and also an equal and valued member of the team, not a plot device to get the white boys together. But intent isn't everything, if you think I didn't hit the mark or don't want to take the risk, I totally get it.
