   Summary

   Derek is the Alpha of the Wolf packs, a nomadic people of the grasslands. Stiles is the breeder ward of a bitter, vain old man, Rafael McCall, who wants power at any cost. Currently, that cost is on Stiles, whom McCall has handed over to the barbaric Alpha wolf leader in exchange for soldiers.

   Stiles is caught in the middle, free of his old tormentor but thrust into a whole new world.
